Here at University Auto we pride ourselves with our services. We won't just throw parts at your car in hopes of fixing it, we spend time with our diagnosis to make sure we root out underlying causes. We won't try and up-sell parts or repairs unless we truly believe it is necessary to your vehicle.

*note that we are students and since classes are in session we will take longer than usual*

All of our technicians are students who attend Walla Walla University and are a part of the automotive program. These students gain hands-on experience through a combination of classroom instruction and practical training.

We offer the lowest prices around town at only $70 an hour and $40 at lab rate. 1-2 hour charge for diagnosis.

*about lab rate, it consists of students who are in the automotive program having the ability to get hands-on experience under the supervision of a master technician which allows them to better understand the material in class. it does mean we will need the customer vehicle all day.

Just like any shop we offer similar services. we do want to remind customers that we are students so we may take longer than others in town. With our lab rate, we offer students in the automotive program hands-on experience who are not employed by providing real world diagnosis and repairs under the supervision of master technicians who have worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years.
